Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Sweet Potato
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Piece Ripe Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Dark Choco Chip

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 360°F/180°C.
  • Boil or Steam Sweet Potatoes. I have used the orange variety that is commonly found in the US.
  • Peal off the skin.
  • Add to a large bowl and mash nicely with a masher.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix very well.
  • Add milk if needed to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  • Grease and line a rectangle Baking tray .
  • Pour the brownie batter and spread evenly.Bake in a preheated oven @350°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
  • Take out and allow to cool completely.You may even refrigerate the brownies overnight or till they firm up.
  • Drizzle with some chocolate syrup.
  • Slice and serve.
