- 1 cup Yellow Corn Meal you can also use the Makai Aata available in India
- ⅓ cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Semolina
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil I used Avocado oil, you may use any neutral oil.
- 1/3 cup Honey You may use maple syrup for vegan option.
- 1¼ cup Milk (divided) Add one cup in the beginning. Add the remaining 1/4 th cup only if needed.
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Add wet ingredients to a bowl (Oil, Honey, Milk)
Whisk till well combined.
Add all dry ingredients.
Add the remaining milk if the batter appears dry.
Grease and line a 8 inches Cast Iron Pan.
Pour the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven @360°F/180°C for about 35 minutes.
Check doneness with a toothpick .
Slice and serve with some honey.
