Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bottle Gourd Noodles Use a Julienne peeler to make thin noodles
  • 7-8 cups Veg Broth
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Paneer or Tofu (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup Boiled chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Miso Paste
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice or Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Lightly saute mushroom in 1 tsp oil.
  • Add all other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
