This baked Oats and Rice Thattai Recipe is a healthier twist to a popular Tamilian snack which traditionally is made using rice flour and is deep fried.
In this baked variation, I have incorporated oat flour with rice flour. And instead of deep frying, two healthier variations have been presented. You can either bake them in oven or air fry them for a healthier twist.
