Equipment

  • Vitamix Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Paneer-Cubed
  • 1 cup Roasted Makhana
  • 15 Nos Dates
  • 1 cup Hot Milk
  • 2 Nos Cardamom
  • a few strands Saffron

Instructions
 

  • Soak all ingredients except Paneer in Hot Milk.
  • After 1/2 an hour, add Paneer and then blend into a smooth paste.
  • Pour into kulfi moulds or ice tray.
  • Sprinkle any garnishing of your choice.
  • Freeze for 3 hours, serve chilled.
