No Flour No Egg Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 grams Sweet Potato
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Piece Ripe Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Dark Choco Chip
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 360°F/180°C.
- Boil or Steam Sweet Potatoes. I have used the orange variety that is commonly found in the US.
- Peal off the skin.
- Add to a large bowl and mash nicely with a masher.
- Add all other ingredients and mix very well.
- Add milk if needed to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Grease and line a rectangle Baking tray .
- Pour the brownie batter and spread evenly.Bake in a preheated oven @350°F/180°C for 30 minutes.
- Take out and allow to cool completely.You may even refrigerate the brownies overnight or till they firm up.
- Drizzle with some chocolate syrup.
- Slice and serve.
