These are awesome make ahead snacks/desserts. Make a large batch and store them in individual packs. They come very handy when you feel like having a low cal dessert or meal or snack anytime of the day.

I have presented here two variations of this healthy treat. One is the basic variation where the bark is plain and desired fruits are added as toppings.

In the second variation, I have mixed fruits along with Yogurt and then let it set.

For sweetener, I have used Honey here. You can substitute Honey to any other sweetener of your choice.

Use any seasonal fruit locally available to you. Replace your store bought FroYo items with these healthy, tasty, easy homemade Weight watchers Frozen Yogurt FroYo Barks.

Kids or Adults, I am sure everyone in your household will surely love this easy dessert recipe.

I have used zero fat Greek yogurt for this recipe. But you can use any other typeofYogurt if you want to. If using plain yogurt, make sure to hang yogurt in a cheese cloth for a few hours so that the extra liquid is strained and you have a thick creamy consistency yogurt.

You can make this recipe with full fat Yogurt too. But since I wanted to make a recipe exclusively for weight watchers, I used zero fat yogurt.

Greek Yogurt is protein rich so it keeps you fuller for a long time. There are numerous other benefits of Greek Yogurt which you may check here.

Please check some other dessert recipes of mine here.
