Presenting three very easy Vegan Burger Patties Recipes which are healthy, homemade and you will be proud to create such vegan and vegetarian delight.

Burgers are a popular menu item at most restaurants and fast food joints. While Burgers are associated with fast food, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they are not healthy for you.In today’s health-conscious world, people are demanding fresher, higher quality ingredients and you can get them in a burger.

These Vegan Patties are absolutely delicious, packed with Nutrients and better than any store bought frozen veggie patties.

I have tried to incorporate different sources of Protein in these three recipes for Vegan Burger Patties. For binding, I have used common ingredients like sweet potato, bread crumbs , corn meal and walnuts.

You can either Grill or Bake these patties or cook them on a skillet.

Once cooked, you can deep freeze them and they stay well for over a month. When you need to have them, just thaw and reheat. A power packed meal will be ready in no time. Choose your favourite Bun and enjoy a healthy meal.

What is special about these three Recipes

My first recipe includes Chickpea or Kabuli Chana as the main Protein. I have added steamed cauliflower for the extra fiber. I have used bread crumbs as a binder.

Bean Patties are popular across the globe. For my second recipe, I have used the red kidney bean ( Rajma in Hindi ) and is a staple legume in the Indian continent. To bind , I have used Corn Meal or Makai ka aata as is popularly known in India.

The third recipe includes Horse Gram. The Hindi name for Horse gram is Kulthi and the Tamil name is Kollu. Horsegram is a miracle super food and people from every state of India widely consume it in different forms.

Horse gram is very low in calories and is categorised under negative calories foods (digesting these foods takes up more calories than what they inherently contain). If you are trying to lose weight, then this is one of the best food items to eat.
