This is a protein packed delicious recipe and at the same time it is extremely simple to make. This roll requires only four basic ingredients which should be easily available in your pantry.

Masoor Dal or Red Lentil is a prominent legume that is used in many different cuisines across the world. The tiny, lens-shaped lentils come in red, orange, or pink. They have a mellow, earthy flavor that allows them to be used in both savory and sweet recipes.
