Lauki Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bottle Gourd Noodles Use a Julienne peeler to make thin noodles
- 7-8 cups Veg Broth
- 1/2 cup Mushroom
- 1/2 cup Paneer or Tofu (cubed)
- 1/2 cup Boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Mixed Bell Peppers
- 2 tbsp Miso Paste
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 tbsp Lime juice or Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
